Dear Guests!

In order to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

Maintaining cleanliness and order

Please help keep the restaurant clean. Dispose of waste in the designated bins and strive to keep the furniture and tables tidy.

Respectful behavior

We expect our guests to behave respectfully and courteously. Aggressive, loud, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to ask individuals engaging in such behavior to leave.

Bringing outside food and drinks

It is prohibited to bring and consume outside food or drinks on the restaurant premises. Guests who do so will be asked to put them away or leave.

Bringing pets

Pets or any other animals are not allowed inside the restaurant, except for guide dogs or assistance dogs.

Photography and video recordings

Please note that photos and videos may be taken at our events. By attending the event, you consent to the use of such materials for marketing and promotional purposes.

Lost and found

If you find a lost item within the restaurant, please hand it over to the staff. Items handed in will be kept for three months.

Smoking

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are only permitted in designated smoking areas within the restaurant premises.

Dress code

Please ensure you are dressed appropriately while in the restaurant. Guests in inappropriate attire will be asked to leave.

Safety

It is strictly forbidden to bring any dangerous objects (e.g., weapons, pyrotechnic devices) into the restaurant. Please refrain from any activities that may endanger your own safety or that of others.

Children’s supervision

Adults accompanying children are responsible for their supervision at all times. Please ensure that children do not disturb other guests or cause damage to restaurant property.

Payment methods

You can settle your bill in cash, by credit card, or with a SZÉP card. If you wish to pay with a SZÉP card or require an invoice with VAT, please inform us in advance.

Allergens

If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please inform the server before placing your order.
